Victor Paulino Tjikunga

Victor Tjikunga is the Director of Tjikunga & Associates Inc. He holds an LLM from Stellenbosch University and obtained his LLB from North West University in 2013. Victor brings a wealth of legal experience, particularly in local government, having previously served as a Legal Advisor to the Municipal Manager at Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality. He completed his articles and gained valuable litigation experience during his three years at Louw & Da Silva Attorneys before establishing his own legal practice.
In addition to his legal background, Victor also worked as a Contract Manager for Liciastar (Pty) Ltd, a joint venture founded by two Spanish renewable energy firms. The
company served as the Engineering and Procurement
Contractor for the construction of the Kathu Solar Park 100MW CSP Plant in the Northern Cape.

Fernando Theodore Kivedo

Fernando Kivedo is a Director at Tjikunga & Associates Inc. He completed his LLB degree through UNISA in 2017. He previously worked at Duncan & Rothman, Madeleen Teseling and Louw & Da Silva Attorneys respectively. He also worked for about 7 years at the Kimberley Deeds Office and has extensive deeds office and related property law experience. He was admitted as an Attorney during December 2019.

Donnay Green
Consultant - LLB (University of Stellenbosch)
Donnay Green is a Consultant at Tjikunga & Associates. She obtained an LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2015. She worked at Matthews & Partners Attorneys in Kimberley.
She also works as Legal Advisor at Liciastar (Pty) Ltd, the Engineering Procurement and Construction Contractor on the Kathu Solar Park 100 MW CSP Plant in Kathu. Donnay was admitted as an Attorney during July 2018 and as a Conveyancer in May 2019.
Donnay has experience in conveyancing, administration of estates, local government law, contracts, commercial and corporate law.
